Principles

The values that shape every conversation

Twenty-one core values guide how we teach, listen, and walk beside you.

Faith

We believe God is present and working even when circumstances are unclear. Faith is the foundation of every conversation, lesson, and plan we make together.

Prayer

Prayer is not a formality here. Every session, lesson, and decision begins and ends with honest conversation with God.

Biblical truth

Scripture is our anchor. We teach the Bible plainly and in context, and we invite participants to test what they hear against God's Word.

Love

We treat every person as someone God already loves. Love shapes how we speak, how we correct, and how we celebrate.

Compassion

We meet people in the middle of real pain without rushing them, minimizing them, or requiring them to perform wellness.

Grace

Setbacks are part of growth. Grace means participants can be honest about where they are without fear of losing their place.

Weekly Scripture

Psalm 147:3

He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.

God does not rush past what hurts. He draws near to it. Wherever this week finds you, bring the tender places to Him honestly and let Him begin the careful work of binding them up.

Encouragement

This week's devotional thought: you are not forgotten

Testimonials

Words from the Faithful Path community

Every testimony is shared with written permission and approved before publication.

I came in believing my disability made me a burden. I left knowing I was made on purpose. The boundaries week changed how I talk to my family.
Participant, First Steps
Coach Monique never rushed me. She listened, she prayed, and she held me to what I said I wanted.
Participant, Women's Program
The mentor training gave me language for what I had been doing informally for years — and the ethics module made me safer at it.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is Faithful Path a church?
No. Faithful Path is a privately owned, non-denominational Christian coaching ministry and educational business. We gladly work alongside churches, but we are not one.
Is coaching the same as counseling or therapy?
No. Coaching is encouragement, biblical education, goal work, and accountability. It is not therapy, licensed mental-health counseling, medical care, or crisis services.
How long is a Faithful Path program?
Coaching programs run ten weeks. The Spiritual Mentor Program runs twelve weeks because of its added ethics and safeguarding content.
Do I need to be a strong Christian to begin?
Not at all. Many participants begin uncertain, tired, or new to faith. You are welcome exactly as you are.
Can Faithful Path support my accessibility needs?
Yes. Tell us what helps you learn and participate, and we will adapt materials, pacing, and session formats wherever we can.
