Enrollment

Begin your Faithful Path

One application, one organized pathway. Choose a program, apply, acknowledge the agreements, and take your documents with you.

How it works

Five steps from interest to week one

  1. Step 1

    Choose your program

Every program page lists who it serves, the ten-week outline, and what you receive.

  2. Step 2

    Complete the application

Your details, goals, accessibility preferences, caregiver participation, and guardian consent for anyone under 18.

  3. Step 3

    Review and acknowledge

The ministry disclaimer, confidentiality limits, and participation expectations are confirmed in the application.

  4. Step 4

    Download your documents

Print or save the worksheets, action plan, and progress tracker your coach uses from week one.

  5. Step 5

    Confirmation

Faithful Path reviews your application, contacts you to confirm your start date, and marks you enrolled — which unlocks member downloads.
