A twelve-week training program for those called to walk beside others as spiritual mentors, with strong ethics and boundaries.
At a glance
The Spiritual Mentor Program prepares mature believers to mentor others responsibly. Alongside biblical foundations, it teaches compassionate listening, encouragement, prayer, confidentiality, ethics, safeguarding, referral, and the clear limits of the mentoring role. Practical exercises and case-study discussions are included throughout.
Every week follows the full Faithful Path weekly lesson format, from opening prayer through Growth Practice, progress check, and closing prayer.

What mentorship is, and clearly what it is not.
Week 2
Learning from mentoring relationships in Scripture.
Week 3
Humility, patience, consistency, and integrity.
Week 4
Presence, reflective listening, and resisting the urge to fix.
Week 5
Using Scripture responsibly and in context.
Week 6
Praying with and for those you mentor.
Week 7
Time, availability, communication, and role limits.
Week 8
What is protected, what must be reported, and how to say so up front.
Week 9
Mentor ethics, supervision, and personal accountability.
Week 10
Empowering decisions rather than making them.
Week 11
Goals, rhythm, documentation, and review.
Week 12
Evaluation, feedback, and a mentoring ministry plan.
This program is for adults 18 and older. No guardian consent is required.
