Media & Testimony Policy

Stories are powerful, and they belong to the people who lived them. Nothing is published without permission.

Reviewed and current as of this site version

Written permission required

Faithful Path does not publish a testimony, quotation, photograph, video, or recording of any participant without that person's written permission. For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must give written permission.

Approval process

  • A participant submits a testimony voluntarily
  • An administrator reviews it for privacy, accuracy, and safety
  • The participant approves the exact wording that will appear
  • The participant chooses how they are identified: full name, first name, initials, or anonymous

Withdrawing permission

Permission may be withdrawn at any time and for any reason. Once we are notified, the material is removed from the website and from future materials we control. We cannot recall printed items already distributed.

What we will not publish

  • Private session content, coaching notes, or reflections
  • Details that could identify another person without their permission
  • Any medical, clinical, or crisis detail
  • Any claim that implies a guaranteed outcome from coaching

Group settings

Photography and recording are not permitted in group sessions unless every participant present has agreed in writing beforehand.
