Intellectual property

The Faithful Path name, emblem, tagline, curriculum, lesson materials, worksheets, and certification content are the property of Faithful Path Coaching Ministry & Certification Academy. Materials are licensed to enrolled participants for personal use only and may not be copied, resold, taught, or distributed without written permission.

Enrollment and participation

Enrollment is at the discretion of Faithful Path. Participation may be paused or ended if a participant's needs exceed the scope of coaching, if conduct harms others, or if program agreements are not honored. Where possible, we will explain the reason and suggest a referral.

No professional relationship

Use of this site does not create a therapeutic, medical, legal, or fiduciary relationship. See the Coaching Disclaimer for the full scope of services.

Third-party resources

Community resources and church directory listings are provided for convenience. Faithful Path does not control, endorse, or guarantee the services of any outside organization, and encourages you to evaluate each one for yourself.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faithful Path is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website, its materials, or its programs. Participants remain responsible for their own decisions and care.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the ministry grows. Continued use of the site after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
