We offer Christian spiritual coaching, biblical education, mentorship, and certification training. We are not a church, therapy practice, or licensed mental-health organization.
We are a steady, prayerful place to do honest work, with programs structured so every participant can finish.
Founder
Meet Mrs. Monique Velasquez
Spiritual Coach and Founder
Monique Velasquez founded Faithful Path Coaching to help people find hope, healing, and purpose through Jesus Christ. She is a Christian Spiritual Coach, author, mentor, and speaker.
Growing up with disabilities, Monique often felt sorted into "too much" or "not quite enough," and knew the ache of struggling with acceptance.
She lacked the pastoral guidance she needed, and found her answers slowly through brokenness, prayer, and discovering her identity in Christ.
Faithful Path is what she built from that experience — walking beside the overlooked and uncertain, offering the structure and encouragement she once wished for.
Mrs. Velasquez is a Christian spiritual coach, not a licensed clinician. She offers presence, biblical teaching, and honest accountability.
Family, faith, and everyday joy
Monique has been with her husband, Gregory, for over 21 years, married for almost 13, and together they raise their children Marcel and Mia.
She enjoys church, family time, reading, writing, traveling, and the beach. Her favorite colors, yellow and white, recall heaven’s light and peace. She dreams of visiting Paris and Walt Disney World.

Coaching philosophy
- Scripture first: every lesson is anchored in the Bible, taught in context
- The participant sets the goals; the coach holds the structure
- Progress is measured honestly, and slow weeks are still progress
- Boundaries are taught as an act of love, not a form of rejection
- Accountability without shame — never condemnation as motivation
- Accessibility is built in, not added on request
- We stay in our lane and refer when a need exceeds coaching
- Confidentiality is protected within clearly stated legal and safety limits

Principles and core values
Faith
We believe God is present and working even when circumstances are unclear. Faith is the foundation of every conversation, lesson, and plan we make together.
Prayer
Prayer is not a formality here. Every session, lesson, and decision begins and ends with honest conversation with God.
Biblical truth
Scripture is our anchor. We teach the Bible plainly and in context, and we invite participants to test what they hear against God's Word.
Love
We treat every person as someone God already loves. Love shapes how we speak, how we correct, and how we celebrate.

- No. Faithful Path is non-denominational Christian. We welcome participants from many church backgrounds and from none.
- Do I have to be a Christian to enroll?
- No. Our teaching is openly Christ-centered, and you are welcome to participate wherever you are in your faith journey.
- What are Mrs. Velasquez's credentials?
- Mrs. Velasquez is a Christian spiritual coach and the founder of Faithful Path. She is not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, or medical provider, and does not present herself as one.
- How is privacy handled?
- Coaching conversations, reflections, and session notes are kept private within clear legal and safety limits that are explained before enrollment.
- Can Faithful Path work with my church?
