Privacy Policy

Faithful Path treats the information you share as something entrusted to us. This page explains what we collect, why, and how it is protected.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you provide, such as name, email address, and phone number
  • Enrollment information, including program selection and goals
  • Parent or guardian consent details for participants under 18
  • Reflections, assignments, and progress notes created inside a program
  • Accessibility requests and accommodation preferences
  • Basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website

How we use information

  • To deliver coaching, mentorship, and certification programs
  • To track progress and issue completion documents and certificates
  • To respond to questions and provide support
  • To meet safety, legal, and recordkeeping obligations

What we do not do

  • We do not sell personal information
  • We do not rent or trade participant lists
  • We do not publish testimonies, photographs, or quotations without written permission
  • We do not share private reflections with other participants

Who can see participant records

Access is limited by role. A coach can see the participants assigned to them. A parent or guardian can see the progress summaries for their own child. An instructor can see the certification students assigned to them. Administrators and the founder can see the records required to operate the ministry. No participant can see another participant's private records.

Minors

Participants under 18 require parent or guardian consent before enrollment. Guardians receive progress summaries and program information. Private reflections are not automatically disclosed, except where safety policy or law requires it.

Retention and security

Records are retained only as long as needed for program delivery, certification verification, and legal obligations. Data is stored in access-controlled systems with row-level protections so records are visible only to authorized roles.

Your choices

You may request a copy of your information, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete records that we are not required to keep. Email FaithfulPathCoaching@gmail.com and we will respond.
