Program overview

Faithful Path Women is a warm, honest space for women who carry a great deal and rarely put it down. Over ten weeks we work through identity, worth, healing from rejection, healthy relationships, boundaries without guilt, accountability, spiritual growth, and calling. Couples coaching is not part of this program.

Weekly curriculum outline

Every week follows the full Faithful Path weekly lesson format, from opening prayer through Growth Practice, progress check, and closing prayer.

    My Identity as a Woman of God

    Who God says you are, and separating identity from roles, labels, and performance.

  2. Week 2

    Healing from Rejection and Emotional Hurt

    Naming rejection honestly, grieving well, and letting God tend the wound.

  3. Week 3

    Confidence, Worth, and Self-Respect

    Quiet confidence rooted in God's view of you rather than approval.

  4. Week 4

    Renewing the Mind

    Interrupting self-critical thought loops with Scripture and gratitude.

  5. Week 5

    Healthy Relationships

    Recognizing safe people, mutual respect, and support systems.

  6. Week 6

    Boundaries Without Guilt

    Saying no with kindness, protecting time and energy, and handling pushback.

  7. Week 7

    Accountability and Personal Responsibility

    Owning your next step and choosing a trustworthy accountability partner.

  8. Week 8

    Faith, Prayer, and Spiritual Growth

    Honest prayer, Sabbath rest, and a sustainable devotional rhythm.

  9. Week 9

    Gifts, Purpose, and Calling

    Naming gifts, testing them in service, and discerning next steps.

  10. Week 10

    Moving Forward as a Woman of Faith

    Celebrating growth and writing a forward plan with rest built in.

Boundaries, accountability, and safeguarding

  • Coaching is encouragement, education, and accountability — not therapy or crisis care
  • Sessions begin and end on time and stay on the agreed topic
  • Confidentiality is honored within legal and safety limits
  • Communication happens through approved Faithful Path channels only
  • Participants may pause or decline any activity at any time
  • This program does not include couples coaching

Parent or guardian requirements

This program is for adult women 18 and older. No guardian consent is required.

Yes. The same curriculum is available one-on-one.
